University rankings can be one source of information, but they do not reveal whether a particular course and environment will suit you.
Factors worth investigating include:
- Course content and optional modules
- Teaching and assessment methods
- Entry requirements and use of the LNAT
- Opportunities for clinics, mooting, placements or study abroad
- Student support and careers services
- Location, accommodation and travel
- Living costs and available financial support
- Campus atmosphere and student societies
- Graduate destinations
- Whether you can realistically see yourself studying there for several years
Use official course pages and admissions information for factual requirements. Open days, virtual events and conversations with current students can help with questions about day-to-day experience.
When discussing your choices here, you do not need to share grades, your school or other identifying information.
Which factors are most important to you, and what questions are you still trying to answer?
